Primary Qualifications:
You have 3 -5 years of UX Design/Researcher experience & knowledge of design systems
You are a self-directed and collaborative team member, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and excel in an autonomous working environment.
You have experience working with UX design tools such as Figma, and Adobe XD as well as other tools.
You have good problem solving and analytical skill and also a solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies
As part of the Product Team, you will be responsible for the overall User Experience/User Interfaces in the Trading Central suite of products. You will conduct research sessions (internally/externally) to understand the best user flow and the most optimized UX/UI possible. You will work with the development team to ensure that features/products are created in line with the Specifications and the Vision.
Your main responsibilities:
Create needed Mockups and Specification documents.
Conduct customer/user research to understand their goals
Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience
Explain user research results to internal and external stakeholders
Develop personas and usage scenarios
Conduct usability testing and design reviews with internal stakeholders
Create product prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
Conduct competitor and customer analysis
Create and maintain a design system and component library
Keep UX skills and industry knowledge current
Assist with content development
