Who are you?


If you are pro-active and have a ‘can do’ attitude/ outstanding problem-solving skills (seeing challenges not problems), thinking outside the box, and you are interested in financial services environment or the financial markets, then you will likely be a good fit in our team.


Main requirements:

  • A customer service profile with a strong commitment to providing value-added services to demanding, high profile customers
  • Passionate about building and maintaining customer relationships with decision makers
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience with equity broker, bank or financial services vendor, such as newswires, market data and independent research
  • A post-secondary education in a relevant field (Business, Financial degree or similar)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal
  • Technical understanding would be a plus
  • Monthly business travel is required (to mainland China)
  • Able to work within the company group’s requirements and regional team
  • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritising skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (native speaker preferred) and in Cantonese, fluent in English, written and oral.
  • Based in Hong Kong

What will we do together?


You will join our Customer Success Team to handle incoming and outgoing communication from our clients in the region.

 Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Engage proactively with our clients on a regular basis to improve the relationship and expand our network
  • On-board and support your clients throughout their client journey
  • Managing product campaigns to provide new ideas and solutions to our clients
  • Engage with customers providing confidence in our solutions and enhance continued customer loyalty
  • Maintaining and updating client records in our CRM systems
  • Assisting clients and escalate their queries to the relevant departments
