You have 1-3 years of experience within a marketing environment with a post-secondary education in a relevant field.
You’re familiar with Google Analytics, email scheduling and CRM tools.
You have experience analyzing results, optimizing performance and building reports.
You are a strong communicator with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a hunger to continually improve the company’s output
You have strong fluency in English (other languages considered an asset)
As part of the Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for increasing the company’s brand exposure and business opportunities through digital campaigns and industry events. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you would:
Own the coordination and success of the company’s events including the Digital Wealth Summit, Executive Roundtables and tradeshows. Tasks include general logistics planning, coordinating with speakers, managing internal communications and reporting on ROI.
Maintain an organized/detailed CRM that allows for detailed segmentation so we can send the right messages to the right contacts in a compliance friendly manner.
Maintain & report on the company's websites, social media profiles: Maintain an active stream of engaging and SEO-friendly content on the company’s various websites and consumer social channels (Facebook, Twitter & Stocktwits). Provide updates on audience growth, referral traffic, share of voice, new opportunities and potential improvements.
Manages digital marketing performance across Google Analytics, Tag Manager, backlinks & SEO.
Reporting on marketing performance including ongoing campaigns, digital brand exposure, incoming leads and event ROI.
Maintain lead funnels and report on campaign KPIs
Manage content calendar: Slice/dice existing content into a recurring calendar (leveraging ChatGPT where possible)
Maintain & update project planners to ensure the larger team is kept informed on progress and projects are completed in a timely manner.
Manage monthly and quarterly newsletters going out to both B2B and investor audiences, connecting recent articles, webinars, surveys and campaign content circulating for maximum impact.
Create & update marketing materials: Design layouts for new print and web collateral, help draft content, and coordinate required printing and translations,
Customer communication: Assist with drafting email campaigns to customers to invite them to events, inform them of product improvements and make them aware of new, suitable solutions.
Keep the company updated with internal e-blasts and maintain employee support materials.

To achieve these purposes, only personal information strictly necessary for assessing your ability to fill the proposed position or for measuring your professional skills will be requested during the selection phase. For this purpose, we will ask for data related to the diplomas you have obtained, your professional experiences, and your skills and qualifications related to the proposed position. Providing this information is a condition for concluding your employment contract. Failure to provide this data will make it impossible for you to participate in the recruitment process.
If your application is successful and you are selected for an employment contract, we will request additional information and documentation necessary to complete the mandatory formalities. Providing this information is a condition for the conclusion of the employment contract for selected candidates. Additionally, the communication of certain categories of information and documents (e.g., civil status, residence, social security number, residency status, etc.) is a regulatory requirement for selected candidates. Consequently, failure to provide this data will make it impossible to conclude the employment contract.
Duration of Data Retention
The data of selected candidates will be incorporated into their administrative file and retained for the applicable retention period (up to five years after the end of the employment relationship). The data of candidates not selected for the position will be retained in case we wish to offer them future job opportunities, for a period of up to two years from the last contact with the company.
